We offer UPS, FedEx and Two Day. All of our items are shipped after payment clears

NOTE - Unfortunately our distributor will no longer ship to APO/FPO addresses, I am very sorry for the inconvenience.

If you reside in Minnesota we will be charging MN sales tax.

Exchange policy and limited guarantee against defects
Any damaged or defective products must be reported within 7 days to sales@harleyspetshop.com and the product can be exchanged using the RA Product Return Form included in your package, please contact us for an RA number. Please also package your item back into it's original box. The RA number must also be marked on the outside of the shipping box or pakage. All products returned without proper information or an RA number will not be accepted or honnored.

Return policy
Any returns must be reported within 7 days to sales@harleyspetshop.com. With your shipment you will receive a Product Return Form. To do a return you will need to fill out the necessary information on the Product Return Form, prior to sending the product you will need to contact us to receive the RA number. Please also package your item back into it's original box. The RA number must also be marked on the outside of the shipping box or pakage. All products returned without proper information or an RA number will not be accepted or honnored.

Your account will be credited with the refund when we receive the returned merchandise. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
